September~Inspired by Nature

Here comes Autumn~

A whiff of smoke on the breeze, the first chill in the air, the woods all dressed in gold~and without looking at the calendar we know we have turned the page & it is September. Time to put the "Sweet" in Home Sweet Home.

Summer's loss seems little dear, on days like these.
Ernest Dowson

Gather some bittersweet, grapevine, acorns, leaves, pumpkins, pears, apples, nuts & herbs and celebrate the season. Autumn is the most economical season to decorate !  Just bring in the beautiful colors and textures from outdoors. The sunflowers are growing by the dozen in the wild.  Gather a bunch to grace the dinner table. And don't forget to plant bulbs now for Spring~Happy September from our little Farming on Faith to yours!

It is astonishing how short a time it takes for very wonderful things to happen.
