Taco Casserole~

After being snowed in all week I am dying for some fast food. With the freezing cold temps I decided it was not worth going out in the cold. So~ I created some homemade junk food!

1 lg. bag tortilla chips (plain or nacho Doritos)
2 lbs. hamburger
1 can kidney beans
1 pkg. taco mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. water
2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded

Coat baking dish with cooking spray. Line bottom of pan with 1/2 bag of chips and spread 1/2 cooked mixture over chips. Add another layer of remaining chips and mixture. Top with cheese. Spray lid or aluminum foil with cooking spray, cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour.
