Homemade Rice Pudding~




  • 2 c. cooked rice
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/4 c. raisins
  • 1/2 tsp. powdered cinnamon

Preparation:

Place rice in bowl, add all ingredients, stir to mix. Pour into greased baking dish or pan. Bake about 25~30 minutes in a 350 degree oven.

I'm getting ready to make that tonight! I think I may try your recipe instead of the other one I had picked out. I mean, I do adore your homemade bread, so I'm sure this recipe is great as well! Love your blog!! :)

Now that sounds super easy and as my children love rice pudding it will be one recipe I try. Does it have a creamy runny texture or does it solidify during baking? We all prefer the runnier rice puddings - maybe I could add more milk?
