Here is an easy crockpot recipe.

Asian Chicken~ Crockpot Recipe

6 chicken legs~ (I used 6 chicken breast.)

1/2 cup soy sauce

1 clove fresh garlic
8 ounces of tomato sauce

Mix these all together and pour over chicken. Bake in crockpot on low for 5 hours.
I serve this with fried rice.

This sounds delicious. And easy, which is why I'm attracted to it!! I'm assuming you crushed the garlic. I'm just not much of a cook so I'm not too sure.

There is something about the green, green grass of home isn't there? I always know we are close to home when the scenery starts to get greener and lusher. So glad that you have arrived home safely after your trip and are refreshed and ready to resume farming on faith and already sharing recipes - this is super easy, oh how I love my crockpot. I might add a little fresh ginger too, ginger and garlic work so well together.

Hi Carrie,
So glad you had a good trip! Yep, I'm a die hard Sunshine gal! Florida is always green and sunny, and believe it or not is currently cooler than most of the nation! We get a sea breeze that makes it bearable, but we haven't broken 100 degrees.

Look forward to hearing more about your trip!
Have a lovely day. Don't you just love settling back into your home after being away? I do!!
Hugs,
Becky
