Hi Carrie,
ReplyDeleteCold here too...I've got my heat in my classroom as high as "they" let me go and I'm still chilly! I can't wait till Sunday when we hit another 50 degree day!
I would love to be entered in your book giveaway! That really looks like a good one!
I just did my first book review. Will you stop by and see if it's okay? I would welcome any and all suggestions or helpful hints. I posted on Amazon too...is that where you do ? Do you recommend any other book review companies?
You are my mentor! :)
Hugs to you my friend,
Stay warm and cozy today!
Tanya

ReplyDeleteThankful for: a warm home where I can welcome my children and grandchildren, a husband who enjoys cutting the wood to keep our home warm, friends who share life with me, and a Savior that loves me!
ReplyDeleteLooks like a great book! Thanks!
I am thankful for my family and for the closeness of the Lord, he is truly there when we go through the valleys in life. The devotional looks great! Thanks for the chance to win!
ReplyDeleteThis morning I am thankful for my family (who are still sleeping), time to be quiet with the Lord, and for the fact that God is teaching me to trust Him. Thanks for helping us to keep our eyes on the Lord. Each morning I enjoy looking to see what your post is for the day!
ReplyDeleteGood morning, Carrie. I am thankful for the chance of rain we will have the coming week. I'm in one of the counties experiencing the worst drought in history. A farming community which desperately needs this rain for their crops this spring. It's almost planting time. I am thankful every day for my wonderful husband; we've been together over 30 years. I am very thankful for my good health this day, which was not there a year ago. I fall asleep every night saying my prayers, and this would be a lovely book to start each morning. Thank you for the opportunity.
ReplyDeletePlease enter me in the contest.Thank you catherine3766@att.net
ReplyDeleteI am thankful for my family who has stood by me through everything.
ReplyDeleteMy son passed away with his fiancee' May 7, 2011. They were 20 and 21 years old. Even through the tragedy I am thankful that they went together. They loved each other so very much, so through the pain comes thankfulness. Even if I don't win the book, I so love your site, and I know you have had a sudden loss yourself this year. My heart is with you in your pain.

Grateful... right now mostly everything is wrapped up in the peace that I have in Him - above all else I cherish that so much; the peace that He is in control even when I'm not, peace that every need is met, peace of His presence - He never leaves me or forsakes me, peace... indeed.
