I have figured out that I can't comment on blogs that have the embedded codes . There are many blogs I am visiting but can't leave a comment~ that makes me sad. Others have told me that they are having the same problem.
If you have the embedded code on your blog that looks like this ~
you may be missing comments.

I figured out how to fix this problem. Many of you have asked so I thought I would share.
1. Click the Design button on the top right hand of your blog.
2. Click the Settings button on that screen on the far left side.
3. Next, click the Post and Comments button.
4. Now scroll down to Comments. Right under Comments is an option that reads Comment Location.
5. Click the Popup Window option and hit Save Settings at the far right corner.

Carrie I had this problem for a long time with people saying they couldn't leave comments on my blog... and yet I had the pop up comments and not the embedded.
2 weeks ago I went in and updated my template from the old mimima template which they don't offer anymore to the New SIMPLE template ... and for some reason I think that fixed the issue as I have actually had some people leaving comments again for me after a year of going through this. Anyhow I hope that fixed it ... I understand your frustration completely.

Can you comment at my blog Carrie? Don't worry if you haven't stopped by but I wondered if you had and had not been able to comment. I already have the pop up window setting though. I use a blogger template that I have customized - would that be the issue?

WOW! And THANK YOU! I had an embedded code and didn't even know that it was a potential problem for friends to use when leaving comments. I went in and changed it to the pop up window. Simple fix and I'm so glad you did a post about it.
