Super Easy Chicken And Dumplin Soup~

Sometimes you just need a quick and easy dinner that can be put on the table fast~ this is the recipe.

1 carton 32 ounce of chicken broth
1 can of cream of chicken soup
4 boneless chicken breast ~ cooked and shredded
1 bag of frozen mixed vegetables
1 tube of refrigerated biscuits, quartered

You can use a homemade version of cream of chicken soup and biscuits if you prefer.

  • Pour broth and soup in a large pot and stir until blended.
  • Stir in chicken and vegetables and bring to a boil.
  • Drop biscuit quarters into the soup and simmer for 15 minutes with a lid on the pan.
  • Remove from stove and let sit for 10 minutes before serving. Sprinkle with pepper and enjoy.

This is oh~ so good! And oh ~ so easy!

Easy dishes are my thing! I find I want to cook less as I age. Maybe it's just a phase. Anyway, thanks for the recipe. Have a great day.

I made this exact recipe yesterday omitting the biscuits. Instead we had cornbread. Delicious!
