This book is like no other Amish book that I have ever read. Did you know there is a real place in Florida where the Amish and Mennonite like to go in the winter months? For real ~ there are real places called Yoder's Restaurant, Big Olaf's Creamery and Emma's Village Pizza. In this village of Pinecraft in Sarasota, Florida these places really exist. I want to go! This is right where this story takes place.
This book begins when a young man~ left to raise two children after losing Hannah in childbirth~ takes his children and goes to visit family in Florida. The visit turns into a longer stay after an accident.
To add insult to injury his family believe it is time for him to take a good Amish wife to help him raise his children. Only he is not ready to find love ~ his heart still belongs to Hannah.
You just never expect an Amish man and a circus performer to end up in the same book. How it happens ~ I can't tell. You are just going to have to read this book.
I loved this book and rate it 5+ stars.
