I have probably read and reviewed 50 or more books this year. I will admit sometimes I may skip over a line here or there or even skim read it if it does not grab my attention. Let me tell you right up front I did not miss one jot or tittle of Christmas At Rose Hill Farm.
I have long been a fan of Suzanne Woods Fisher~ she has even stopped by here a time or two. I love her style of writing and she just has a way of holding your attention from the beginning to the end. I know when I pick up one of her books I am going to be carried away to far away places. This book has to be my favorite book of the year.
I was captured by the sassy Bess from the first time I opened the book. She is planning her wedding as she is preparing to put her roses to rest for the winter. She will soon be leaving Rose Hill Farm to move to her new home with Amos. Amos is a wonderful Amish man ~ gentle and kind~ even the greatest catch. Yet ~ why does the world turn upside down when Billy Lapp returns home and walks into her greenhouse?
I love that the book has rose history~ Christmas ~ romance and the unknown Christmas visitor all in one book. This is one book you do not want to miss this Christmas season. I rate this book off the charts! I absolutely~ loved this book.
You did it again Suzanne~ Great Book!
