Mexican Rice Recipe

Tomato Seasoning
Brown 2 cups of rice in oil~watch closely it burns easily!
Boil 4 cups of water~add 2-3 T. of Tomato Seasoning
 and one Beef bouillon cube in another pot ~bring to a boil.
Add one small can of tomato sauce to the browned rice.
Pour boiling water into rice, cover and simmer for 2o minutes.
This is one of the Shindorf's favorite side to serve on 
Mexican night with tacos and burritos~Yum!
