Caramel Fondue With Fresh Fruit~Weight Watcher Recipe

Caramel fondue with fresh fruit


6 oz Weight Watchers by Whitman's Caramel Medallions
1/4 cup(s) fat-free skim milk
1 cup(s) strawberries, hulled
1 medium banana(s), cut into chunks
1 large apple(s), halved and thickly sliced


  • Fill a medium pot halfway with water. Cover pot with a medium metal bowl that fits snuggly over pot, ensuring that bowl’s bottom is not submerged in water. Bring water to a boil over medium-high heat.

  • Add caramels and milk to bowl, stirring to ensure even melting. When caramels are halfway melted, reduce heat to medium and continue stirring. When milk is fully incorporated and caramels are melted, fondue is done. Serve fondue with fruit. Yields about 2 1/2 tablespoons dip and 1/2 cup fruit per serving.
