Breakfast Casserole

I tried this recipe this morning for my mom~it was good!

2 c. seasoned croutons
1 to 1 1/2 lbs. sausage
2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. shredded sharp cheese
6 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. minced onion

Place croutons in bottom of 9x13 inch greased pan. Top with browned sausage; layer on grated cheese. Thin condensed soup with milk. Beat eggs with mushroom soup mixture and remaining ingredients. Pour over top and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Let stand 5 minutes; cut into squares and serve.
