Weight Watchers Cherry Cheesecake Recipe~ OH SO GOOD!

A Great Treat for the New Year!
This also makes a great Valentine's Day Dessert~
 so easy~ so light and so yummy!

3/4 cup crushed graham crackers
2 Tbsp. light butter ~melted

3/4 cup low fat cream cheese
6 Tbsp. fat free cream cheese
3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
2 large egg whites
1 1/2 vanilla extract
3/4 cup light cherry pie filling

Place 12 cupcake liners in a cupcake pan.

Mix graham crackers in a small bowl with melted butter. Mix well. Place a Tablespoon of the mix in the bottom of the cupcake liners~ press down to make crust ~ refrigerate until ready to fill.

Mix together both cream cheese until smooth with a mixer until light and fluffy~add the rest of the ingredients~mix well.  Fill each pan with filling. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Allow to cool.

Top with 1 Tbsp. of pie filling and chill.

Yields 12 servings~ 3 points
